He also has ample experience in business valuation, financial analysis and planning, treasury, financial media, and relations with investors and rating agencies, as well as with bankruptcy processes. He worked for nearly 25 years in some of the largest companies in Mexico: in VITRO from 1986 to 2000, as Corporate Finance Director; in Grupo Ramírez, from 1985 to 1986; and in Alfa from 1978 to 1985. From 2001 to 2006 he was a partner in charge of corporate finance practices in KPMG México. Since 2006 is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm Asesoria Financiera Internacional (AFINT, S.C.). |

Experience | She has more than 25 years of experience in the Financial Sector, including 5 years as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at KPMG México. For several years she worked in Casa de Bolsa Valmex (brokerage house) as a fund-raising advisor for public debt in Mexico. For 10 years she worked at Bancomer, on credit analysis and corporate lending, as well as on restructuring and recovering loan portfolios. She is qualified as an Operating Agent in the Mexican Stock Market, and has taken several courses related to different valuation methodologies and risk analysis. Through the years, she has participated in multiple financial advisory projects in Mexico, regarding business valuations, acquisition/divestiture of businesses, strategic alliances and financial restructuring. She also has ample experience in bankruptcy processes. Since 2006 is the founder and Partner of the firm Asesoria Financiera Internacional (AFINT, S.C.). |
