For 10 years she worked at Bancomer, on credit analysis and corporate lending, as well as on restructuring and recovering loan portfolios. She is qualified as an Operating Agent in the Mexican Stock Market, and has taken several courses related to different valuation methodologies and risk analysis. Through the years, she has participated in multiple financial advisory projects in Mexico, regarding business valuations, acquisition/divestiture of businesses, strategic alliances and financial restructuring.
